Do not Save thumbnails – it will not work – save the linked image!
Click on custom that you like – it will open in new tab. Save image from new tab. Then you can upload it to GraalOnline and it will work! Customs may be animated GIFs or PNG files with alpha-transparency. If you save thumbnail, you lose all the extra features!

Guys, I just uploaded a body and now I can’t change the colors? Can someone plz tell me if I can change them or tell me the bodies that I can change the colors?? Plzzzz

You can then upload it to Graal Classic (Era / Zone)

This is gonna sound dumb but does anyone know how to upload a head , like how to take the picture of it without it being too many bytes ?
Just Find Your Head, And If You Find It, Click It And You Will Be On Next Page And Save It There By Holding And Clicking Save Image!
